Our money-back guarantee is valid for 14 days after your purchase. If you change your mind within this period, you are entitled to a full refund.

If it has been more than 14 days and you are requesting a refund due to a faulty or damaged product, we kindly ask that you provide proof of the issue, such as a clear image or video showing the damage or malfunction. Additionally, we request an honest explanation of why it took longer than 14 days to report the issue.

Please note that under Australian Consumer Law, there is no time limit for refunds if the product is faulty or damaged. However, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds are not applicable if 14 days go by and:

  • You have received your order and changed your mind.
  • The order or specific products were placed by mistake, and you informed us after the 14-day period.
  • You found the product at a lower price elsewhere.
  • The product was misused or damaged in a way that contradicts our usage instructions or advice.
  • You decided you no longer have use for the product.
  • You were aware of, or made aware of, any faults with the product before making your purchase.

Please handle our products with care, as they are delicate. If any product comes into contact with substances or liquids that cause damage, this will not be considered a fault of our own. Additionally, if the damage occurs after the 14-day return period, you will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Refunds and Returns Process

We may grant refunds without requiring the return of the product, allowing you to keep it. However, we ask that the product remain in good physical condition if a return is requested later.

If a Return Is Required:

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover your return shipping costs if the product is faulty and you are required to return it. If you change your mind within the 14-day return period and we ask you to return the product for a refund, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
